Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation: Words with initial capitals have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning whether in singular or plural.
Definitions: For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party; "control" means ownership of 50% or more of shares, equity interest, or other securities.
- Application refers to the SoHealthy software program provided by the Company.
- Company (referred to as "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") means Collabry Software and IT Inc., Barbaros, Şebboy Sk. No:4/1 İç Kapı No:1, 34758 Ataşehir/İstanbul.
- Country refers to Turkey.
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or digital tablet.
- Personal Data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically from use of the Service or generated by the Service infrastructure (e.g., duration of a page visit).
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual accesses or uses the Service.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected:
Personal Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: email address, username, profile photo (optional), voice answer preferences, language preferences, and Usage Data.
Usage Data: Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, date and time of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. When you access the Service via a mobile device, we may collect your mobile device type, unique ID, IP address, mobile OS, browser type, and other diagnostic data.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for: providing and maintaining our Service (including monitoring usage); managing your account; performing contracts; communicating with you (email, calls, SMS, push notifications); providing news, special offers, and general information; managing your requests; business transfers; and other purposes such as data analysis, determining usage trends, and evaluating and improving our Service.
We may share your personal information with Service Providers, in connection with business transfers, with Affiliates, with business partners, with other users when you share in public areas, and with your consent for any other purpose.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or when we are legally required to retain it longer.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's offices and wherever the parties involved in processing are located. This may involve transfer to and storage on computers outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. Your consent to this Privacy Policy represents your agreement to such transfer.
Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request our assistance in deleting Personal Data we have collected about you. You may update, change, or delete your information at any time through your account settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have provided. Please note that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement: The Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Other legal requirements: The Company may disclose your Personal Data in good faith when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the Company's rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Our Service may contain links to other websites not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
SoHealthy App-Specific Data Collection
Education and Learning Data: SoHealthy, as a health education app, collects: question-answer history (questions answered, your answers, accuracy rates); progress data (box numbers and review times for the spaced repetition algorithm); category preferences (pinned categories, favorite questions); badge and achievement data (badges earned, streak days, combo counts); and scoring (daily, weekly, and total scores).
Voice Answer Feature: When you use the voice answer feature: we request microphone access only when you explicitly enable it; audio is stored temporarily on your device during the session and deleted after processing; speech-to-text uses ElevenLabs API; your transcribed answer is analyzed via Google Gemini API to check if it matches the correct quiz option; audio is not stored permanently and is not used for training AI or advertising.
Photo Library Access: The app may request access to your photo library for profile customization. Only photos you explicitly select are uploaded to our secure servers (Supabase). You can change or delete your profile photo at any time. The app does not access your entire library or photos you do not select.
Third-Party Services: SoHealthy uses Supabase (database, auth, file storage), ElevenLabs (speech-to-text), Google Gemini (answer analysis), and Expo (app development and distribution).
Data Retention and Security: All data is stored encrypted on Supabase; audio recordings are temporary and deleted after processing; API keys are managed securely; user data is protected with RLS (Row Level Security).

- Hizmet Sağlayıcı, verileri Şirket adına işleyen herhangi bir gerçek veya tüzel kişi anlamına gelir.

Toplanan Veri Türleri:
Kişisel Veri: Hizmetimizi kullanırken, sizden belirli kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgileri sağlamanızı isteyebiliriz. Bunlar e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, profil fotoğrafı (isteğe bağlı), sesli cevap tercihleri, dil tercihleri ve Kullanım Verisi içerebilir.
Kullanım Verisi: Kullanım Verisi, Hizmeti kullanırken otomatik olarak toplanır. Cihazınızın İnternet Protokol adresi (IP adresi), tarayıcı türü ve sürümü, ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, ziyaret tarihi ve saati, bu sayfalarda geçirilen süre, benzersiz cihaz tanımlayıcıları ve diğer tanılama verileri gibi bilgileri içerebilir. Mobil cihaz aracılığıyla eriştiğinizde, mobil cihaz türü, benzersiz kimliği, IP adresi, işletim sistemi ve tarayıcı türü gibi bilgiler toplanabilir.
Kişisel Verilerinizin Kullanımı
Şirket, Kişisel Verileri Hizmeti sağlamak ve sürdürmek, hesabınızı yönetmek, sözleşmeleri yerine getirmek, sizinle iletişim kurmak, haber ve özel teklifler sunmak, isteklerinizi yönetmek, iş transferleri ve veri analizi gibi diğer amaçlar için kullanabilir.
Kişisel bilgilerinizi Hizmet Sağlayıcılarla, iş transferleri bağlamında, Bağlı şirketlerle, iş ortaklarıyla, diğer kullanıcılarla (kamusal alanlarda paylaştığınızda) ve onayınızla diğer amaçlar için paylaşabiliriz.
Kişisel Verilerinizin Saklanması
Şirket, Kişisel Verilerinizi yalnızca bu Gizlilik Politikasında belirtilen amaçlar için gerekli olduğu sürece saklayacaktır. Yasal yükümlülüklerimize uymak, anlaşmazlıkları çözmek ve yasal anlaşmalarımızı uygulamak için gerekli olduğu ölçüde saklayacak ve kullanacaktır. Kullanım Verileri genellikle daha kısa süre saklanır; güvenlik veya işlevsellik için kullanıldığında veya yasal zorunluluk olduğunda daha uzun süre saklanabilir.
Kişisel Verilerinizin Transferi
Bilgileriniz, Kişisel Veriler dahil, Şirketin işletme ofislerinde ve işlemede yer alan tarafların bulunduğu diğer yerlerde işlenir. İş İşlemleri: Şirket bir birleşme, satın alma veya varlık satışına dahil olursa, Kişisel Verileriniz transfer edilebilir. Transfer öncesi bildirim sağlanacaktır.

Kişisel Verilerinizin güvenliği bizim için önemlidir; ancak İnternet üzerinden iletim veya elektronik depolama yönteminin %100 güvenli olmadığını unutmayın. Ticari olarak makul araçlarla korumaya çalışırken, mutlak güvenliği garanti edemeyiz.
Çocukların Gizliliği
Hizmetimiz 13 yaşın altındaki kimseye hitap etmez. 13 yaşın altındaki bireylerden kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgi toplamayız. Ebeveyn veya vasi iseniz ve çocuğunuzun bize Kişisel Veri sağladığını biliyorsanız, lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin. Onay doğrulaması olmadan 13 yaş altından veri topladığımızı fark edersek, bu bilgileri sunucularımızdan kaldırmak için adımlar atarız.

SoHealthy Uygulamasına Özel Veri Toplama
Eğitim ve Öğrenme Verileri: SoHealthy şunları toplar: Soru-Cevap Geçmişi (yanıtladığınız sorular, cevaplar, doğruluk oranları); İlerleme Verileri (Leitner/spaced repetition için kutu numaraları ve tekrar zamanları); Kategori Tercihleri (sabitlenmiş kategoriler, favori sorular); Rozet ve Başarı Verileri (rozetler, streak günleri, combo); Puan Sistemi (günlük, haftalık, toplam puanlar).
Sesli Cevap Özelliği: Sesli cevap kullanıldığında: Mikrofon yalnızca özelliği açıkça açtığınızda talep edilir; ses dosyaları oturum sırasında geçici olarak cihazda saklanır, işlem sonrası silinir; konuşma-metin dönüşümü ElevenLabs API ile yapılır; transkribe cevabınız Google Gemini API ile quiz doğru seçeneğiyle eşleşme için analiz edilir; ses kalıcı saklanmaz ve AI eğitimi veya reklam için kullanılmaz.
Fotoğraf Kütüphanesi Erişimi: Profil özelleştirmesi için fotoğraf kütüphanesine erişim talep edilir. Yalnızca seçtiğiniz fotoğraf güvenli sunucularımıza (Supabase) yüklenir. Profil fotoğrafınızı istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilir veya silebilirsiniz. Uygulama tüm kütüphanenize erişmez.
Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler: SoHealthy şunları kullanır: Supabase (veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, dosya depolama); ElevenLabs (konuşma-metin); Google Gemini (cevap analizi); Expo (uygulama geliştirme ve dağıtım).
Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik: Tüm veriler Supabase sunucularında şifreli saklanır; ses kayıtları işlem sonrası silinir; API anahtarları güvenli yönetilir; kullanıcı verileri RLS (Row Level Security) ile korunur.
